A pale greenish-yellow colour, our Chardonnay Wild Ferment Aconcagua Costa 2011 offers elegant fresh tropical fruit notes with touches of quince and honey that evolve into white floral notes accompanied by a hint of truffle. The fruit re-emerges on the palate, accompanied by a subtle minerality that adds complexity, elegance, and a lively acidity that adds a refreshing and juicy mouthfeel. Moderate in volume and body, this wine offers great elegance. Its intense fruit and acidity ensure its great cellaring potential.
