2025 Harvest Progress Points to Exceptional Quality

The 2025 season has seen highly favourable conditions, promising wines of outstanding quality. We began with a good level of soil moisture thanks to winter rains, allowing the vines to grow in perfect balance from the outset. October was warmer than usual, accelerating development, but November and December remained within expected parameters, providing stability and balance to the vineyard.
The heat returned in January and February, helping to speed up veraison and ripening, ensuring even development and excellent concentration of sugars, colour, and aromas. As a result, the harvest began five days earlier than the historical average. The absence of rain throughout spring and summer has been key to maintaining healthy vineyards, with no risk of disease or complications during harvest.
So far, we have harvested our Syrah, Petit Verdot, and a significant portion of our Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The wines already display the hallmarks of an exceptional vintage—intense, fresh, and elegant. We have high expectations for the remaining harvest, which consists mostly of Carmenere. With all these factors combined, we anticipate an outstanding vintage, resulting in wines with excellent fruit expression, good body, and smooth, well-rounded tannins. This is certainly a harvest to be excited about!
