The constant search for the best expression of our terroir results in this elegant, mineral and structured sparkling wine from the Aconcagua Costa vineyards, just 12 km from the Pacific Ocean. The pronounced influence of metamorphic rocks in the soil, combined with a cold climate, accentuate the uniqueness of the appellation. This sparkling wine shows a yellowy straw colour with silver shimmers and very finely integrated bubbles. It delivers expressive aromas reminiscent of panettone, quince, propolis and ginger, along with light tones of fresh red fruit. On the palate, flavours of ripe quince, yeast, nuts and some floral notes on the finish. After 5 years of ageing in the bottle, it is an enveloping, creamy sparkling wine with superb volume and a long finish.
