The constant search for the best expression of our terroir results in this elegant, mineral and structured sparkling wine from the Aconcagua Costa vineyards, just 12 km from the Pacific Ocean. The pronounced influence of metamorphic rocks in the soil, combined with a cold climate, accentuate the uniqueness of the appellation. This Blanc de Blancs shows a yellowy straw colour with golden reflections, with very finely integrated bubbles. Its expressive aromas are reminiscent of toasted bread, dried flowers, citrus and marzipan. On the palate, the toasted bread flavours are complemented by pear, citrus, a touch of honey and nuts. It is a sparkling wine with vibrant acidity, linear and very long on the palate. After 5 years of ageing in the bottle, its enveloping, creamy sensation make it a very complex and elegant combination..
