Errázuriz Estate Reserva impresses at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2024

In June, Decanter, the English wine magazine, released the results of the 21st edition of the Decanter World Wine Awards, the most important and influential wine competition in the world, where Viña Errázuriz obtained surprising scores. On this occasion it stood out with its Reserva line, specifically with Errázuriz Estate Reserva Carmenere 2022, which scored 93 points, and with Errázuriz Estate Reserva Chardonnay 2022 and Errázuriz Estate Reserva Pinot Noir 2023, both of which received 92 points in the silver category.

Another exceptional score was obtained by Errázuriz Aconcagua Costa Syrah 2021, the wine that comes from the coast of the Aconcagua Valley just 12 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean, and which obtained 96 points in the gold category.

This is an excellent result for Viña Errázuriz wines, considering that in this version of the event 18,143 wines from 57 countries were blind tasted, from which the 50 Best in Show, 117 Platinum, 643 Gold, 5,977 Silver and 8,016 Bronze were selected.

In the results of this latest version, there was a rigorous selection process where the wines were evaluated by more than 200 experts from around the world, including 20 Master Sommeliers and 61 Masters of Wine from 33 countries.

These important scores obtained by Viña Errázuriz confirm once again the winemaking consistency and exceptional quality in the eyes of the international global press.
